Damaged Item Delivered:

Step 1 – Contact us within 3 days of delivery on at support@sriva.health with pictures of the damaged item and your order ID.

Step 2 – We’ll review your request within 48 working hours.

Step 3 – If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pick-up to collect the item.

Step 4 – If reverse pick-up isn’t available, we’ll guide you through alternative options.

Step 5 – Once the item is collected, we’ll promptly ship your replacement (subject to availability) or process a refund.

Missing or Incorrect Items Delivered:

Step 1 – Contact us within 3 days of delivery on at support@sriva.health with your order ID, a video of unboxing in case of missing items, and pictures of incorrect items.

Step 2 – We’ll review your request within 48 working hours.

Step 3 – If approved, we’ll promptly ship the missing/correct items.

Don’t Like the Product:

If you’re not satisfied with your SRIVA purchase for any reason:

You can courier the product back within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive your package, we’ll credit the equivalent coins to your SRIVA account.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
Return/replacement request generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
Order Cancellation:

You can cancel the order only once unfulfilled. Once fulfilled, cancellations are not possible.
